Fine Dining experience with Tanzini @ G Tower

01:28:00

First of all, thank you for all of your wishes in Facebook, Whatsapp, BBM, LINE or whatever is it. Thank you so much for them and I appreciate them.

Secondly, it was my FIRST time to have such high class meal in a fine dining restaurant! To be honest, no one has ever bring me to some fine dining restaurants, not even my ex, pttf.
Anyway, le boyfie tried to give me a surprise for the dinner but I guess he failed because he asked me the direction to G Tower, pttf.

Moving on, this is le surprise! CUTE OR NO?

P/S: I forgot the name for most of the dishes so pardon me.

Mango Juice

Fresh Orange Juice

Wild Mushroom Soup
This is the best mushroom soup I ever had in my life (so far). I forgotten how many types of mushroom being used for the soup but it is definitely the richest taste for a mushroom soup.

Fish Fillet Salad
I have no idea what kind of fish was this. It tasted just nice and reminded me of having Tao's sashimi.

Le fish
Ok my bad, I forgot what is the name for this. Le boyfie said this was a fish main course and it was enough for him. It tasted so-so and I don't really love cooked fish because cooked fishes tend to lose the freshness.

LOOK AT THE CARROT! Isn't is cute?

Duck Fettuccine
The tenderness was perfect. I have never ever taste such soft tenderness of duck meat before. I mean, all the while I had roasted duck meat before and most of them are hard to chew. However, I find the combination for duck meat and fettuccine were a bit weird because, le bf said it looked like some random duck noodles that can be seen everywhere.

Exotic Cheesecake
I find myself hard to love the cheesecake as the taste was easily forgettable. The Mascorpone cream however, was delicious.

Coconut Panna Cotta
It's hard to forget the mango taste and the strawberry cream. It's a little upset as the coconut taste for the Panna Cotta did not taste as rich as it suppose to be.

TADA! Sweet or no? The picture taken was blurred enough, I knew.

Verdict
I wouldn't say Tanzini is the best nor the worst fine dining restaurant because I have yet to taste any food at any other fine dining restaurant yet. Somehow I found out Tanzini is a bit over rated because the meal wasn't really fascinating enough. However, the ambiance was excellent for a couple to celebrate birthdays or anniversaries. Romantic yo. I would love to try the Upper-deck if I have another chance to visit Tanzini again.
