RO2 Noel Soul Maker

At the end I chose a Soul Maker because I can always switch my INT and AGI stuff from Priest to Soul Maker LOL. I personally think the skills and stats for Crescentia are a bit complicated for me to calculate. After all, Crescentia is a mixture of melee and range class.


What makes Crescentia different than Soul Maker is that, Soul Maker gets to reset all the skills once you change job from Alter to Soul Maker at level 25. Here are the description for the skills. 

Soul Extinction (Active)
Casting time: 1 sec
Cool down Remained: 5 sec
SP cost: 1
Explodes the concentrated magical power of souls to inflict 27& of magical attack damage, and inflicts 14% of additional DoT for 10 sec

Soul Extinction Mastery (Passive)
Immobilizes the target for 3 sec when Soul Extinction succeeds. 

Mental Breakdown (Active)
Casting time: 1 sec
Cool down Remained: 1 sec
SP Cost: 3
Inflicts additional damage - 20% of magical attack damage - by fragmenting the target's mind. If the target is under Soul Injection, the damage jumps to additional 5 enemies max. On each jump, the damage decrease by 10%

Soul Extortion (Active)
Casting time: 1 sec
Cool down Remained: 10 sec
SP Cost: 12
Inflicts 21% of magical attack damage ever 1 sec for 5 sec by taking over the target's soul. The movement speed of the target is decreased by 50% when casting is in progress. If the target is under Soul Injection, the damage jumps to additional 5 enemies. On each jump, the damage decreases by 10%

Death Spell (Active)
Casting time: 1 sec
Cool down Remained: 1 sec

Inflicts 16% of magical attack damage on the target and additional hostile targets up to 10 within 5m of the target, and adds Soul Injection debuff to all the targets which received damage. 

Sacrifice (Active)
Casting time: 1 sec

Sacrifices 10% of the caster's max HP to inflict damage on the enemy. The enemy receives 78% of magical attack damage plus the amount of HP the caster has sacrificed. The target is knocked down for 3 sec. The caster could die from using the skill due to the HP required to use Sacrifice. 

Awake: Soulmate (Buff)
Casting time: 1 sec
Cool down Remained: 600 sec
SP Cost: 7 
Coomunicaes with Root of Death Worlds to make its physical manifestation as a soul increases damage and movement speed of the caster by 10% and increase acceleration by 5%. Recovers HP of all your party and attack squad members within 10m of you by 2% every time the caster achieves a critical hit. 

Immunity (Active)
Casting time: 2 sec
Cool down Remained: 10 sec

Inflicts 77% of magical attacj damage by sending Root of Death Worlds that is manifested as a soul towards the target. When hit, the energy waves of the soul spreads from the target to other enemies within up to 20m of the target to inflicts 31% of magical attack damage on hostile targets and to recover HP of allies. 

Exploitation (Debuff)
Casting time: 1 sec
Cool down Remained: 180 sec
SP Cost: 1
Increases intelligence of the caster for 30 sec by absorbing the souls of enemies within 5m of the caster. The souls of up to 5 hostile targets can be absorbed, each of which increase the caster's intelligence by 2%

Impositio Manus (Buff)
Casting time: 1 sec

Increases physical/magical attack damage of party and attack squad member by 2% for 30 min through Blessing. 

Transpersonal (Buff)

Increases critical hit power of all party and attack squad members by 2% for 30 min

Soul Link: Concentration (Buff)
Casting time: 1 sec
Cool down Remained: 3 sec

Increases acceleration and vitality of the caster and up to 5 of the allies within a certain range by 2% for 5 min. While spiritually connected, acceleration and vitality of the ally and the caster is increased by 1% every time the caster achieves a critical hit. The acceleration and vitality can be increased up to 5%. If no critical hit occurs,, the increased level gradually decreases. When the level goes below the minimum value, the buff will be removed. 

Soul Link: Balance (Buff)
Casting time: 1 sec

Makes a spiritual connection with one ally for 5 min to increase physical/magical attack damage of the ally and the caster by 2%. While spiritually connected, physical/magical attack damage of the ally and the caster is increased by 1% every time the caster achieves a critical hit. The physical/magical attack damage can be increased up to 5%. If no critical hit occurs,, the increased level gradually decreases. When the level goes below the minimum value, the buff will be removed. 

Soul Link: Revive (Buff)
Casting time: 1 sec
Cool down Remained: 3 sec
SP Cost: 5
Reduced damage taken by caster and up to 5 allies within a certain range by 2% for 5 m in and increases healing effects by 2% at the same time. While spiritually connected, damage taken by the ally and the caster is increased by 1% every time the caster achieves a critical hit. The damage taken can be increased up to 5%. If no critical hit occurs,, the increased level gradually decreases. When the level goes below the minimum value, the buff will be removed. 

Soul Link: Devotion (Buff)
Casting time: 1 sec
Cool down Remained: 3 sec
SP Cost: 5
Makes a spiritual connection with one specified ally for 5 min to transfer 6% of damage that the ally received to the caster. The caster and the ally recover HP by 10% of damage taken every time they are hit. When the ally receives damage that would kill him or her, that ally recovers 10% of max HP instead of dying, and the buff will be removed. 


Restore (Active)
Casting time: 1 sec
Cool down Remained: 1 sec
SP Cost: 1
Recovers HP of one ally by 44% of magical attack damage

Restoration (Active) 
Casting time: 1 sec
Cool down Remained: 5 sec
SP Cost: 2
Heals one party member by 19% of magical attack damage, then jumps to heal all the other members within 10m of the specified member. Up to 5 members can be healed, and the healing effect decreases by 5% on each jump.


Cure (Buff)
Casting time: 1 sec
Cool down Remained: 1 sec
SP Cost: 3
Recovers HP of the target by 8% of magical attack damage every 2 sec for 30 sec. Healing is increased by 3.5% every 5 sec for as long as Cure last.


Dispell (Buff)
Casting time: 1 sec
Cool down Remained: 30 sec
SP Cost: 4
Dispells the movement impairing effects (debuff) on the target with 10% probability The caster can use this skill even wen he or she cannot control himself or herself.


Detection (Active)
Casting time: 1 sec
Cool down Remained: 30 sec
SP Cost: 5
Detects any invisible enemies within 10m of the caster by focusing his or her mind. Removes the invisibility effect applied to any enemies within the range, and stuns them for 3 sec with 10% probability,


Cure Pearl (Buff)
Casting time: 1 sec
Cool down Remained: 10 sec
SP Cost: 7
Generates 5 healing spheres around the caster. When an ally approaches a sphere, it is absorbed by him or her to recover HP by 30% of magical attack damage. The ally who has recovered his or her HP by using one of the sphere has to wait 30sec before he or she can absorb another sphere.

DPS / Half Support Soul Maker (Link)

P/S: Nah I don't think Soul Maker heals as good as Sorceress, and can't outcast a Priest at all. But I love those buffs because they boost up a lot of figures on my stats.

Attack Skills Tree
I maxed out the Sacrifice, Soul Mate and Immunity because they are really painful. I maxed out the Soul Extortion too.
  1. Sacrifice at level 5 can deal damages up to 115% of magical attack damage of the caster. So a Soul Maker with 3000 Magical Attack can deal 3450 damage on the enemy, it is pretty useful for last hit  in the Colosseum. 
  2. Soul Extortion can be used for last hit in Colosseum too. It can slow the enemy and basically suck away the HP every second, which deals better damage than DoT. More importantly, the damage will have critical hits too. 
  3. Soul Mate and Immunity comes together. I love using Immunity because I can deal critical hit and heal myself  and the party member. At level 5, Immunity can deal 105% magical attack damage on the enemy and the critical hit can take away almost 50% of the HP from the enemy.
Buff Skills Tree
I skipped Soul Link: Revive and Soul Link: Devotion because 
  1. Revive doesn't really make a huge difference in the raid if the bosses are going to one hit KO you. Even if you max the skill, the damage will only reduce up to 5% if the caster has reach critical hits. 
  2. Devotion is useless. Soul Maker is not a tanker so the damages shouldn't be transfer to the caster. Moreover, if the caster use any healing skills on the specified ally, devotion skill will be gone. Well, I rather spend those points on DPS skills. 
Healing Skills Tree
Among all I find the Restoration is the most useful one, second is Cure and third one is Cure Pearl. 
  1. Restoration cast time is instant and can be constantly like how Sorceress use LOR on raid members. 
  2. Cure is cool because it lasted for 30 sec on a person while a Priest's Renovatio only lasted for 12 sec. 
  3. Cure Pearl is pretty useful in a raid party as the DPS and healers are staying in a group. One bubble can heal a member by 30% of the magical attack damage.  
  4. Detection is meant to be used in Colosseum lol. 
And I found this guy is pretty cute. Mehhhhhhhhhhhhh........
